RECENT PROJECTS Machine Relocations
We were awarded this contract to Relocate 3 off machines currently in production within their current surrounding inside our clients facility. Also, we had to transfer and final site 12 off new machines from an adjacent facility into the factory ready for production. Some automation machines needed disconnecting and removing from the 3 off current machines. These removed automations were then transferred into an adjacent storage facility. These works had to be completed in 4 working days. This project was finished 1 day early and completed within budget. We received a nice email from our clients Engineering Manager thanking us for such a good, professional job. I will forward this shortly.		The project sequence was: Disconnect electrical services to 3 off automation machines Remove overhead automation machines using FLT’s and extending lifting jib Place automation machines into local storage Relocate 3 off existing ‘in production’ machines to new locations using hydraulic jacks and machine skates Final site according to clients drawings Load 12 off new machines using 7t FLT to awaiting low loader transport – this took 3 loads Transport new machines from storage facility to client factory via low loader Unload machines using 7t FLT and transport through site to new location Final site according to client drawings Transfer redundant automation machines from factory into storage facility using low loader transport Obtain client sign off		Testimonial from Customer From what people have told me and from what I witnessed myself on Sunday and today, the work carried out by your company was first class.
