RECENT PROJECTS Reconfiguration of an Effluent Plant
An £80K project to dismantle and rebuild the Effluent plant at a large Tier 1 supplier to the automotive industry, the scope of the project is to improve H&S by the removal of a number of hazards within the plant and to improve the overall efficiency of the facility.		The project sequence was: Relocation of the current plant to a temporary shelter, the plant has to remain up and running Stage 1 Remove redundant ducting, pipework & control cabinet. Stage 2 Remove and modify mezzanine floor. Stage 3 Reposition 3 large Tanks, Stage 4 Install modified mezzanine floor, Stage 5 Seal redundant pipes and sensors Install new pipework Install new control systems Relocate the working plant into the new configuration CE Mark the facility Re-commission plant		Testimonial from Customer I just want to thank you, your team, and your selected sub-contractors for delivering an excellently well executed project regarding the installation of our new effluent processing facility.
